About the job
You work 80-100% in Zug – with the possibility to also work remotely
This position offers you
- You are part of our Application Team and actively shape the further development of our SAP system landscape with a focus on Sales & Distribution – nationally and internationally
- You advise our departments on optimising their business processes and develop sustainable, integrated solutions in the SAP SD environment as well as in adjacent systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and FSM
- You take responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing changes and further developments – in close cooperation with Product Management and external partners
- You create functional specifications, independently implement customising and ensure stable and high-performance operations
- You work closely with key users and support our SAP users with solution-oriented assistance in day-to-day business
- You take responsibility in (partial) projects and proactively contribute to international SAP initiatives
You bring the following to the position
- You are proficient in the SAP SD module and have solid experience in customising
- Knowledge of adjacent modules such as SAP CS or MM is a plus – or you are motivated to specifically develop towards Customer Service
- You understand business processes in an industrial environment and can effectively link technical solutions with the business
- You have a higher education (FH/University/ETH) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner and advance topics with clarity and assertiveness
- You have experience in agile working methods – ideally in the SAFe environment – or are willing to develop further through appropriate certifications (e.g. SAFe, IPMA, PMI, Scrum or similar)
- You communicate confidently in German and English and move confidently in an international environment
- Occasional travel abroad is natural for you
