About the job
What you can achieve
- You actively shape everyday life in the emergency centre, both administratively and in direct patient contact
- You work independently and promote close collaboration with nursing through your support
- Together with nursing professionals and doctors, you are part of an interprofessional team on equal footing
- You accompany our patients administratively throughout their entire stay in the emergency centre
- You support diagnostic measures such as blood sampling or ECGs in close cooperation with nursing and doctors
- You coordinate processes around our patients and organise, among other things, patient transport
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an MPA with ideally at least one year of professional experience
- Organisational talent as well as pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good IT user skills
- Willingness to work day and late shifts as well as weekends
