In this versatile, varied, and exciting role, you are part of the control room service at a renowned museum in Basel, Riehen.
Your main tasks:
- Opening and closing of the museum
- Monitoring and controlling security-relevant systems such as cameras, alarms, and fire alarm systems; initiating appropriate measures if necessary
- Access control for third parties
- Badge management and creation according to specifications
- Contact person for emergency services in case of an incident
- Support for the security management in various administrative tasks in the security area
- Ensuring the operation of the museum and compliance with museum rules
Your profile:
- Absolutely responsible and a high degree of confidentiality
- Technical understanding of security systems (fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, CCTV) as well as IT knowledge
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Good communication skills and quick comprehension
- Teamwork skills and willingness for cross-functional collaboration
- High degree of flexibility
- Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts
