Your Responsibilities
- Leading and developing two teams with a total of around ten Relationship Managers
- Supporting the teams in client activities and developing customised solutions
- Building, maintaining, and further developing your own HNWI client portfolio
- Advising clients in the areas of investments, financing, and pensions, involving internal specialists
- Maintaining and expanding internal and external networks to promote sustainable growth
- Managing risks within the team and your own client book
Your Profile
- Completed training in finance or banking, supplemented by further education in banking, finance, or leadership
- Several years of experience in advising and selling financial solutions as well as leading teams in private banking or a comparable environment
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of investments, financing, and pensions
- Strong customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial and engaging demeanour complete your profile
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is a plus
