Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel is the joint competence centre of Claraspital and the University Hospital Basel for all patients requiring treatment in the abdominal area. Clarunis combines the expertise, research activities and the number of patients treated at both hospitals to further enhance and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.

For Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel we are looking for an outpatient case manager in visceral surgery 80 - 90 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks are:

• Coordination and planning of consultation, examination and surgery appointments
• Close collaboration with surgeons in administrative and medical matters
• Processing and triage of incoming patient and general practitioner calls
• Central contact person for patients
• Participation in projects and working groups

You bring with you:

• A completed education in healthcare, ideally as an MPA or medical secretary
• Work experience in hospital care or practicesFluent German in spoken and written form.
• Good language skills in French and/or English are an advantageGood IT skills (all MS Office applications)
• Careful and precise working method
• You are a motivated and open personality who enjoys working in a team
