The main production sites are Krauchenwies and Sauldorf. - First and second level support for hardware and software issues (by phone, email, on-site or remote)
- Support and maintenance of workstation systems (Windows), printers, mobile devices and peripherals
- User management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other central systems
- Installation, configuration and updating of workstations and software
- Support with network and server issues in cooperation with the system administrator
- Maintenance of IT documentation and ticket processing in a helpdesk system
- Support in IT projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations, security initiatives)
- Conducting training and user support for new systems or applications
- Participation in compliance with IT security policies
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. EFZ computer scientist or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience in IT support or system environment is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365 and network technologies
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g. ticketing systems)
- Solution-oriented and structured working
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Resilience and flexibility in hectic situations
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel to various locations
