You have experience in general planning or ideally in a total contracting company and want to actively contribute to a sustainable construction future? Then you are exactly right with us: Together with the head of the general contracting department and a small dedicated team at the Winterthur location, you will shape innovative construction projects and significantly influence our future-oriented construction methods.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead and develop our GC team in Zurich/East and ensure that it continues to grow both in terms of personnel and expertise
- You take responsibility for the successful implementation of our projects – from the initial idea through development, planning, to realization
- With your sensitivity to customer needs and convincing acquisition skills, you win new clients and build long-term partnerships
- You actively maintain our partner network, strengthen existing relationships, and strategically open up new opportunities
- You play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our general contracting business in the Zurich/East region
Your profile
- You have training as an architect, civil engineer, or in a comparable field
- With pronounced leadership skills, confident demeanor, and a winning manner, you convince those around you
- Networked thinking comes easily to you, you remain resilient even in demanding situations, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment
