The notary, land registry, and bankruptcy office of the District of Schwyz is responsible for six municipalities and various services, focusing on real estate, inheritance matters,
marital property law, corporate law, and bankruptcy law.
We offer a responsible position as
Clerk / Notary Clerk 80-100%
Your main tasks:
Support of the notary and the deputy notaries in daily business
Independent preparation and follow-up of contracts and public documents
Correspondence and communication with clients, authorities, and offices
Processing of various administrative tasks in the notary environment
Participation in the management and maintenance of the land registry
Independent handling of cases - from the assignment to the conclusion
What you bring:
You have at least completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
You bring proven professional experience from a notary office, a fiduciary office, or a comparable service environment
You are characterized by a reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality
You work independently, efficiently, and with a structured and prompt approach
You communicate in fluent German and have good user knowledge of common
MS Office programs and other industry-standard information applications
