What is my role?

• Independent leadership and deployment planning of your own team as well as ensuring quality and productivity targets

• Responsibility for personnel matters within the team, including support with recruitment as well as preparation of entries and exits and maintenance of employee data

• Ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the department as well as with internal interfaces and customers

• Active participation in day-to-day business as well as support of the department head with administrative tasks

• Interface to the team leaders in goods out for cross-departmental issues

• Active development and optimisation of administrative and operational processes in goods out as well as implementation of continuous improvement measures

• Willingness to work staggered hours

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed further training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification

• At least three years of leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally leading a larger team

• Experience in handling industrial trucks as well as SUVA-recognised forklift licence

• Solid IT user skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as an independent, efficient and precise working style (maintaining documentation and lists)

• Authentic and fair leadership personality with pronounced team and communication skills
