Programme Coordinator - Continuing Education
for the Zurich location (80 - 100 %)
You will be part of a small team and take on demanding coordination tasks for our innovative continuing education programmes. As the first point of contact for prospective students, students, and lecturers, you can expect a varied role in which your service-oriented attitude and communication skills are in demand. You will work closely with the programme management. Furthermore, you are part of the first support level team for the school administration software Evento and the internal contact person for matters relating to IT support and facility services. In addition, you plan the organisation of events and support the team in other coordination matters.
Your profile
- Commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Open and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Quick comprehension of complex contexts and enjoyment of organisational tasks
- Very good German and MS Office application skills
- Experience with Evento (advantageous)
- Willingness to work at occasional events outside regular business hours
