The Wildbach Wetzikon is home to 168 residents and employer to 280 employees. The modern care centre is located in the middle of a beautiful park within a short walking distance to Wetzikon station.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to support our personnel administration. You can expect varied tasks, regular contact with our employees, and a working day where no day is like the other.
- you carefully and sensitively write employment and interim references
- you support attendance management and maintain time recording
- you actively work with our applicant management tool Refline and accompany the recruitment process
- you support payroll administration and contribute to correct processing
- you assist in the entire HR daily routine and take on varied tasks in personnel administration
- a completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
- a service-oriented, open and reliable personality
- very good MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with digital tools
- an exact, structured and independent way of working
- you take responsibility, think along and enjoy working independently
- a varied activity with plenty of scope for creativity in a motivated team
- the opportunity to gain first experience in HR and continuously expand your knowledge or to profitably apply your already existing HR skills
