Your Tasks
- Support for the head of the Department of Society or the head of the Business Area Society + Social Affairs
- Networking and coordination of all actors in the field of family - with a focus on children + youth
- Contact person for the concerns of children + youth
- Overview of the service portfolio and examination of new offerings
- Consultation of stakeholders
- Management/monitoring of the youth credit and performance agreements
- Participation in the future-oriented development of the Family Office
- Processing of projects and measures
- Creation of professional foundations and reporting
- Participation in the development of strategic foundations
- Preparation of resolutions and responses to motions
- Collaboration in the preparation and justification of the budget
- Collaboration with professional societies, interest representatives, and other internal and external partners/actors
- Close collaboration with the co-director (focus on early promotion)
Your Profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree or an equivalent recognized qualification in the social or educational field
- Professional experience in the field of children and/or youth
- Further training and experience in project management
- Conceptual thinking ability
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach in everyday work
- Consulting and communication skills regarding different partners (politics, organizations, population, authorities, etc.)
- Confident expression in speech and writing
- Sense of responsibility and independence
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Organizational ability
- Agility, flexibility, empathy, and resilience
