Our employees develop, manufacture, and market highly precise instruments that enable our customers to achieve maximum benefit in their demanding application areas.To strengthen our team within the R&D organization, we are looking for a motivated individual as Test & Measurement Engineer 100% (all genders) for our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, Canton Zurich.In this role, you will be responsible for:Taking technical ownership of the measurement performance of all LabTec products.Reviewing, refining, and further developing product and design requirements.Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing measurement and weighing performance.Further developing and sustainably ensuring the measurement infrastructure, particularly for automated measurements.Leading and contributing to cross-functional feasibility studies and innovation projects.Designing, executing, and automating tests for the verification of product and regulatory requirements.Acting as the primary contact person for measurement-related topics from the field, customers, and internal production.Analyzing quality issues, deriving improvement measures, and contributing to the further development of our products.Establishing collaborations with universities and research institutes.
