Production Operator (M/F/D) at 100%
Your tasks
The operator is responsible for one or more machines and/or manual workstations. He/she must carry out the operation while respecting hygiene and safety rules. He or she is responsible for having the manufacturing quality corrected, checked and guaranteed within the given deadlines.
Production
- Prepare and shape products according to manufacturing criteria,
- Load and unload one or more machines,
- Carry out various activities related to operations,
- Complete production tracking documents in the system,
- Perform first-level maintenance (according to maintenance plan),
- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation,
- Be capable of making simple adjustments.
Quality & Control
- Check parts during production according to control plan,
- Inform the setter of any quality deviations,
- Ensure proper functioning of tooling at the start of the series,
- Follow the directives of the Quality charter,
- Respect and apply the rules in force in accordance with Quality directives and standards.
Hygiene & Safety
- Respect and apply hygiene, health and safety rules in force,
- Follow the directives of the company’s safety charter,
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Communication & Training
- Participate in improvement (AIC, working group),
- Communicate all operational issues to the designated person,
- Collaborate and transmit information (colleagues and other departments),
- Support his/her superior and the company in the field of internal training.

Basic and ongoing training
- Experience in an industrial mechanical workshop.
- Reading technical drawings.
- Use of control devices such as micrometre, calliper, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry).
Start of activity: immediately
Contract type: Maximum Duration Contract (MDC) 1 year potentially renewable
Working hours: 2x8 shift, open to night work without rotation
Workplace: Vallorbe
