For our headquarters in Agno, Canton Ticino, we are looking for a native German sales assistant (Sales Assistant)
Your main tasks
- Provide fast and high-quality service to customers of high-precision cutting tools
- Information and support service to customers, representatives, and distributors.
- Process orders, confirm them, and invoice them through the SAP system
- Initiate and process national and international shipping documents
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system
- Support the payment collection process in collaboration with the accounting department
- Process marketing material requests
- Order office supplies and manage stock
- Assist commercial and technical staff in travel planning
- Assist with translations and proofreading of texts in German
Your profile
- Commercial diploma AFC or equivalent qualification
- Residence in Canton Ticino is a preferred qualification
- Native German speaker with excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of management systems, preferably SAP, CRM, and others
- Interest and aptitude for technical subjects with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good organizational skills
