About the Role:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership at Akselos. You’ll be involved in high-impact tasks such as preparing strategic meetings, managing office coordination, supporting executive communication, and gaining exposure to investor and client interactions.
This role gives you the opportunity to contribute actively from day one. You will take ownership of projects, explore a wide range of business topics, and support key initiatives that matter, from administrative workflows to strategic management decisions. It is a chance to gain hands-on experience that accelerates your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CEO meetings with key client accounts and potential investors and gain valuable experience in high-level stakeholder communication.
- Participate in pitch practices, presentation rehearsals, and ensure the CEO's pitch preparation for meetings.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including drafting meeting minutes, compiling reports, and coordinating key deliverables such as Board Packs, Quarterly Business Reports, and the Annual Report.
- Handle all bookings for CEO travel and accommodation through platforms such as TravelPerk, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as the Company's primary contact point for the internal travel platform TravelPerk, coordinating both external and internal communication, as well as training new users.
- Coordinate internal office activities, including team-building events and external company gatherings, to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative and operational tasks related to the Swiss headquarters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Offer legal administrative support in areas such as trademark registration and patent-related processes.
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in administration is a strong plus
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with working independently and taking initiative
