Restaurant Manager

Your Missions:

As the manager of the newly opened point of sale, you will:

Coordinate and manage all the activities of the new Nyon restaurant, according to the standards of the company.

• Coordinate the recruitment, training, planning and supervision of the point of sale personnel.
• Guarantee the impeccable hygiene of the restaurant as well as the staff, in accordance with the standards of the company and the legal provisions in force.
• Guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction standards

Your Profile:

• Young & dynamic
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Professional experience in hospitality (min. 2 years)
• Hospitality/business management training (ideal)
• Ability to work in English and French

Job Position Specifics:

• You will be reporting to the Operations Manager
• We work as a team to cover all opening hours, which implies that your position will require some morning/evening/weekend duties, on a team rotation basis.
• Your work will be located at the restaurant in Nyon.
