For our Specialist Unit Agogics at the Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality as of December 1, 2025 or by agreement
Tasks
- Collaboration in ensuring future-oriented agogic work and implementation of our agogic framework concept
- Training of professional staff in agogic topics (UN-CRPD, inclusion, person-centeredness, empowerment, and others)
- Consulting and coaching of professional staff on agogic topics
- Collaboration in the organization and further development of internal training, consulting, and educational offerings for staff as well as clients
- Collaboration in the prevention and reporting office
- Training and support for client documentation system
Profile
- Several years of experience working with people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments
- Completed training in social pedagogy, work agogics, or psychology as well as additional further education and professional experience
- Expertise and experience in topics such as challenging behavior, ASD, emotional developmental stages SEED, etc.
- Very good communication and didactic skills
- Further training in methodology/didactics of adult education (SVEB or similar), conversation techniques, counseling or coaching is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in supported communication and easy language
- Good IT user skills (MS Office), Metasearch and/or Boardmaker are an advantage
