Team Leader Logistics Fruits & Vegetables, Permanent Night Shift

Tasks

Professional and personnel management of the Fruits & Vegetables department team in day-to-day operations
Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning considering operational requirements
Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, target, and performance discussions
Ensuring smooth warehouse processes including control of order picking and conducting random checks
Close cooperation and proactive information exchange with goods receipt and sub-control centre

Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, ideally with further training or comparable practical experience in logistics and leadership
High resilience, reliability, and an efficient, independent working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Confident handling of common IT systems and warehouse management software
Willingness to work night shifts (including Sunday shifts) and to work in a permanently cooled environment (13-15 °C)
