IT Intern
Department of Civil Engineering | 50-100 % | Chur
The Department of Civil Engineering is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the cantonal roads as well as water engineering and slow traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads in the canton. The canton’s road infrastructure includes over 1,450 civil engineering structures, including bridges at dizzying heights of up to 90 metres and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges posed by the nature of our mountain canton in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. We are looking for an IT Intern for the IT section immediately or by arrangement. The internship is limited to one year.
- You will support our IT support, in particular:
o in ensuring 1st-level support
at the central administration site in Chur,
o as 2nd-level support for the power users of the seven districts and the technical section,
o in tracking open tickets and
pending issues,
o in setting up clients and configuring
IT workstations
- You create and publish solution documents (FAQs, documentation) for power users and users
- You ensure that the overarching security and quality requirements are met
- Very high IT affinity in the implementation of tasks with a strong commitment. A professional basic education in the IT field is desirable
