We, the retirement home Buobenmatt, 61 residents and around 88 staff, need
support so that we can optimally live our daily life in the home. We shape the care routine for our
residents according to the principles of the Palliative and Loyalty Charter of the Canton
of Schwyz, as well as according to our retirement home and care guiding principles. With appreciation and respect, we create for our residents "äs Däheimä", which comes as close as possible to their traditional values and inherent needs.

We provide care according to Palliative Care, Validation, and Kinesthetics at all care levels.
We work in 3 care groups with good team spirit.
We train
Initial training FaGe EFZ and at tertiary level, specialists in long-term care and support with federal diploma and nursing specialists HF.
We accompany interested individuals on the path to a nursing profession as nursing assistants with the SRK course or to health specialists EFZ (BVV Art. 32).
We offer attractive employment conditions, solid and professional training, and practice-oriented further education at every level.
