The Role

• Assistance in accounts payable management
• Processing payment runs
• Booking payment transactions
• Opening/closing of construction projects
• Maintenance of property master data
• Registration and deregistration of building liability insurances
• Various administrative tasks
   

Expertise

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of practical professional experience in accounting
• Experience in real estate accounting is an advantage
• Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office, Abacus, SAP)
• Conscientious, independent with a flair for numbers, as well as precise and reliable working style
• Trustworthy, self-initiated team player
• German native speaker, French and English skills are an advantage
