Your Tasks

• Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting within a family-centered approach
• Design of the care process in core team work with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Coordination, management, and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Learning support for trainees and students in nursing professions

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics, and/or the geriatric field
• High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
• Willingness to support change processes, embrace new things, and actively shape changes
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
