For our client, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic certified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann) 50-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Degree as certified nursing specialist HF or SRK-recognized training
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the dementia field
- Motivated, loyal, and supportive personality
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Strong self- and social competence
- Respectful and empathetic interaction with our residents
- Interest in shaping innovations
- Good PC skills
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
- Experience with RAI is an advantage
Requirements Profile
- Ensuring qualified and professional nursing care
- Taking over house responsibility and on-call duties
- Contact person for employees, residents, and relatives
- Taking over the key worker role
- Maintaining nursing documentation
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
