YOUR TASKS
- Preparation and maintenance of customer data for mailings (data management), including gathering customer needs, creating requirement catalogs, as well as
- Mediation between IT, operational areas, and customers (e.g., multi-page invoices with QR code, definition of white lines)
- Contact person for IT questions (2nd level support) as well as for technical processes in the lettershop
- Quality control of printed materials and mailings while adhering to the customer's CI/CD guidelines (e.g., company fonts, colors like postal yellow)
- Support and coordination of system changes on the customer side
- Collaboration with internal teams
- General support in daily business (e.g., creation of form letters)
- Support in process documentation and its adjustment, especially in the areas of building security, physical security, and within the scope of ISO audits
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in IT or media technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in data preparation as well as in the digital environment
- Basic knowledge in IT support or a strong affinity for technical processes
- Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation
- Careful, structured, and independent working style as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to independently solve minor technical problems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Clean criminal record and debt collection register extract
