Spitex Canton Zug is a meaningful and valuable institution. It ensures help and care in the home on behalf of the municipalities. Around 300 employees are deployed to support those who are independent but still need support. Each year, Spitex Canton Zug visits over 3000 clients, covering a distance equivalent to 23 times around the Earth.
This is what you do with us:
- You take on specialised palliative care in complex client situations in the home environment.
- You provide comprehensive, complex nursing care for patients.
- You advise and support relatives with empathy and professional competence during challenging life phases.
- With empathy and professionalism, you contribute to maintaining and promoting the best possible quality of life for those affected.
- You work independently and responsibly in planning, implementing, and documenting care.
- You actively contribute your professional expertise to interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Together with a respectful, constructive team, you support the continuous development of our services.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and preferably have further training "CAS in Palliative Care".
- You bring practical experience in specialised palliative care and ideally already have Spitex experience.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You have strong professional and social skills and are resilient.
- You can express yourself appropriately, clearly, and understandably according to the situation.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a category B driving licence.
