- In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the social media channels of Hilti (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram)
- Together with the social media manager, you will also further develop the social media strategy of Hilti
- You will develop content marketing concepts and produce the corresponding image, text, and video content independently as well as in collaboration with freelancers. From idea generation to storytelling to content production, everything is in your hands.
- In close coordination with the manager and internal stakeholders, you will define and manage the implementation of the social media roadmap
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Corporate Marketing, Trade Marketing, HR) and agencies or freelancers
- The creation of the monthly internal newsletter also falls within your area of responsibility
What you bring:
- Completed higher education in marketing and/or communication.
- Initial experience in the social media field, preferably on the corporate side
- Experience in multimedia production and publishing of social media content (including text, image, video) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, as well as a solid understanding of social media performance analysis tools
- Good knowledge in the use of publishing and image editing tools (e.g., Falcon, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Fluent in German, business fluent in English, knowledge of French is an advantage
