Tasks

• Manage and further develop tools for capturing, processing and analysing all relevant data using SAP, TIP HCe and Excel to ensure controlling processes
• Independently prepare monthly reporting and ad-hoc analyses for the CFO, management and cost centre managers
• Maintain and develop cost centres, statistical key figures and allocations as well as prepare cost centre and cost unit accounting according to REKOLE
• Participate in the preparation of the budget and multi-year planning
• Responsible for data deliveries such as hospital statistics, SDEP, ITAR-K
• Support the financial accounting department with monthly and annual financial statements
• Prepare variance analyses, interpret results and develop measures (interdisciplinary collaboration with departments)
• Deputise for controlling in day-to-day business
• Participate in projects

Profile

• Advanced training with a focus on business administration, accounting or controlling (university, university of applied sciences)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with knowledge of the healthcare sector as well as an understanding of clinical and financial data and their interrelations
• Knowledge of peripheral systems (e.g. KIS, SAP, TIP HCe) or willingness to acquire such knowledge
• Flexibility and agility despite periodically high work pressure
• Strong analytical skills
• Enjoyment of mobile working
• Independent and proactive personality who likes to take responsibility
• Strong service orientation with a customer-focused approach towards internal and external partners
