Tasks

• In the service area, you support customers by phone and e-mail
• In addition, you record and plan repairs and maintenance including technical order processing
• You also handle enquiries, follow up on open offers and are responsible for spare parts planning
• The position is initially temporary, limited until September 2026, but can also be converted into a permanent position
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as an automation technician, polymechanic or comparable training in automation technology (m/f/d)
• Further training in the commercial field is desirable but not mandatory
• Ideally, training in this field with technical flair and experience in a manufacturing company
• French language skills should be present (can also be improved in a language course)
• Do you consider yourself customer-oriented, well organised and goal-driven?
