Senior Customer Service Employee 100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Support and management of our affiliated companies throughout the calendar year – from the beginning of the year to the year-end closing
- Active support of the team leader in professional and organizational leadership tasks; prospective assumption of the deputy function
- Responsible co-design and further development of customer-oriented, efficient processes
- Participation in projects and system adjustments, including testing and implementation of new procedures
- Ensuring an inspiring customer experience through competent, solution-oriented advice and proactive action

This is what distinguishes you:
- Completed further education in the pension fund sector (FA level)
- At least 5 years of practical experience in a pension fund
- Native German speaker, good knowledge of Italian; English or French is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to inspire customers
- Interest in legal issues and a flair for numbers
- IT affinity and enjoyment of process-oriented tasks
- Responsible personality who likes to think along, contribute, and take responsibility
