Your new tasks

• Independent maintenance, inspection, and servicing of fire alarm systems at our customers’ sites
• Analysis and troubleshooting as well as repairs on modern fire alarm systems
• Commissioning, extensions, and retrofitting of fire alarm systems and peripheral devices
• Technical advice and support for our customers on site
• Carrying out system tests and supporting authority and acceptance inspections
• Documentation of completed work in our digital service tools
• Ensuring system availability and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• On-call duty assignments and support for your colleagues with demanding technical challenges

Your talents and experience

• Completed technical training, for example as an electrician, automation technician, or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in service, maintenance, or repair of technical systems
• Good IT user skills and interest in modern digital working tools
• Ideally experience with fire alarm systems or other safety technology systems as well as knowledge of relevant VKF guidelines and standards
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
