Talent Programme Manager: 80-100%- You are responsible for our Management Trainee Programme throughout the entire cycle – from recruitment through deployment planning to supporting participants and involved managers.
- You oversee the internship and thesis student programmes and coordinate collaboration with universities and other educational partners.
- You are responsible for our talent programmes and ensure their successful implementation.
- You support managers in implementing the talent management process.
- You organise and coordinate formats such as Company Days, onboarding events, as well as other talent and networking events.
- You support HR projects in the area of talent management and junior staff development.
- You work closely with managers, HR business partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Further education in human resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial to several years of experience in talent management, personnel development, or human resources.
- Experience in coordinating projects, programmes, or events is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
