About the job
Your Tasks
- Leadership and guidance of students and trainees in nursing
- Ensuring quality and smooth processes in the training of learners/students on the ward
- Ensuring compliance with training guidelines in nursing on the ward
- Carrying out vocational training tasks on the ward (planning & coordinating training internships including site discussions, assessment phases, exams, etc.)
- Contact person for vocational training questions and regular contact with the vocational training officer (BBV)
- Advocating for the concerns of trainees and sustainably strengthening the training
- Empathetic support of patients in crisis situations as well as professional support in everyday clinical life
Your Profile
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, professional experience in psychiatric nursing
- Federal Vocational Trainer Course (OdA) or willingness to acquire it
- Knowledge of nursing training
- Experience in supporting trainees and enjoyment in working with them, interest in promoting young talent
