Introduction
The Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad AG is one of the largest mountain railway companies in the Bernese Oberland. In addition to the railway facilities and ski slopes, it operates its own mountain lodges and employs around 480 people in winter and 220 in summer. The adventurous mountain summer is just as much a focus of the company as the enjoyable and diverse ski area.

Profile
- Completed vocational training COOK
- Traditional, fresh and well-maintained Swiss cuisine
- Several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of German
- Team player

- Clean working method

Tasks
- Co-design of the menu
- Working and independently managing a station
- Training of junior cooks
- Co-responsible for orders / inventory management
- Consistency in the high quality of the dishes
- Comply with and implement hygiene concept-HACCP
