• Professional and personnel management of 15 employees
• Comprehensive care and nursing of residents in the long-term care area
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations
• Deputising for the Head of Care and Support during their absence

• Qualification as Long-term Care Specialist FA or Nursing Specialist HF
• Experience with RAI-LTCF
• Leadership experience
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
