- Preparation and processing of export documents and customs formalities
- Organisation and coordination of international transports (truck, air, and sea freight)
- Telephone and written customer advice at an international level (German/English)
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring smooth logistics processing
- Experience in the export field (several years of professional experience)
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of ERP systems (SAP/CRM)
- In-depth knowledge of customs processing and export regulations
- Free parking spaces
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

- Handling export orders from customer inquiry to delivery, including transport organisation- Preparation and processing of export documents and customs formalities
- Organisation and coordination of international transports (truck, air, and sea freight)

Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in export- Experience in the export field (several years of professional experience)
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of ERP systems (SAP/CRM)
- In-depth knowledge of customs processing and export regulations
