- You ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
- You manage the merchandise on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
- You accept customer orders and process exchanges using our digital devices (smartphone & service stations)
- You assist and check the visual merchandising according to the thematic focuses on the sales floor
- You ensure that our customers are presented with a tidy sales area
- Ideally, you already have a retail apprenticeship and bring several years of experience in retail
- Your passion for the fashion & apparel sector is reflected in your professional experience
- You are not only interested in the products but also have the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
- You have a can-do mentality, are open and communicative, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- You enjoy working hand in hand with a well-coordinated team
