- Acceptance, analysis, resolution, and documentation of disruptions (incidents) in the second level including the associated incoming and outgoing communication as well as coordination of 1st and 3rd level
- Responsible for the printing, scanning, and presentation environment
- Responsible for correct user administration in central directories (Active Directory etc.)
- Ensuring representation in the "Personal Computing" area
- Participation in the operation, monitoring, and surveillance of the system environment
- Participation in IT projects
- Regular exchange with the team leader "IT Services". Collaboration and information exchange with the IT staff
Your Profile
- Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ – specialization in system technology or a comparable qualification)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server platforms as well as Microsoft Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, SharePoint, Office, M365, and Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of operating/system monitoring and professional experience in IT support is an advantage
- Independent and responsible working style, self-organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to systematically narrow down problems, analyze logs, and understand technical documentation
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills for technical documentation & tools
