The Rosengarten Laufental Senior Center offers a modern and family-like home to 130 residents. The senior center is located in a quiet area near the "Stedtli" with its urban amenities.

An exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for co-design, progressive employment conditions, and diverse training and further education opportunities await you. The position is to be filled from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You ensure the professional and individual care of the residents in the protected living group and guarantee a high quality of care
- You independently manage the electronic care documentation with RAISoft
- You participate in the training of our apprentices
- You take on daily responsibility in the department
- In their daily routine, you actively support the residents and promote their independent way of life
Your profile
- You are an experienced, committed nursing specialist
- You have already gained professional experience in long-term care
- You preferably have experience dealing with people with dementia
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form
- You have a high degree of independence and flexibility and like to take responsibility
- You are a positive, motivated, and conscientious personality who is a team player and empathetic
