• Lead electrical installation teams and diverse projects in the industrial and retail sector
• Coordinate work with construction management, suppliers, and craftsmen from other trades
• Carry out new installations and renovation work
• Pass on expertise to established employees and trainees

• Vocational training as an electrician EFZ, or an equivalent training recognized by ESTI
• Possibly further training as an electrical project manager or safety consultant
• Professional experience
• Interest in new technologies
• Driving license category B
