These are your tasks:
- Independent order processing from work preparation to delivery
- Guiding, leading, and promoting a group of employees
- Ensuring market-appropriate services under difficult conditions
- Quality control and deadline monitoring
- Customer contact and administrative tasks
- Conducting conflict, qualification, and location discussions with employees
- Order preparation from customer order to material procurement in coordination with the team leader
- Planning and controlling order scheduling in coordination with the team leader
You bring the following:
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician, automation technician, electrician, or an equivalent qualification
- Additional agogic training or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience, ideally in a social environment
- Knowledge and professional experience in cable assembly and soldering work
- Quick comprehension, business understanding, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Flexibility, resilience, and tolerance
- Teamwork skills as well as high social competence, empathy, and motivation
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Impeccable reputation
