Tasks and Responsibilities

• Incoming goods inspection of raw materials, packaging materials and pharmaceutical products

  
  

• Proper storage in compliance with GDP and GMP guidelines

  
  

• Picking and provision of materials for production and shipping

  
  

• Packaging and shipping preparation of pharmaceutical products considering temperature and transport requirements

  
  

• Conducting stock checks and inventories

  
  

• Booking of goods movements in the ERP system (e.g. SAP)

  
  

• Ensuring traceability of batches and materials

  
  

• Collaboration with production, quality assurance and purchasing

  
  

• Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry

  
  

• Participation in optimising warehouse and logistics processes

  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification

  
  

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or life sciences sector is an advantage

  
  

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines desirable

  
  

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

  
  

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

  
  

• Precise, reliable and structured way of working

  
  

• Sense of responsibility when handling sensitive pharmaceutical products

  
  

• Teamwork skills as well as independent working style

  
  

• Forklift licence is an advantage
