For one of our specialized departments focusing on geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy at the attractive location of Windisch, we are looking for a suitable reinforcement starting from October 1, 2025, or as per agreement
Tasks
- Ensuring a high-quality and contemporary geriatric psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care based on legal and operational frameworks as well as professional recommendations
- Leading the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team while considering the values and leadership principles of PDAG.
- Ensuring the achievement of current annual goals as well as other quantitative and qualitative goals of the organizational unit.
- Ensuring careful structured case documentation
- Ensuring professional training or "on-the-job training" of the subordinate employees as well as training supervisions.
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Participation in training, further education, and continuing education offerings of PDAG
- Public relations and network maintenance in the context of various events/activities
- Participation in projects, assignments, and adjustments according to the clinic management
- Participation in the PDAG service system
Profile
- Completed further training for the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Interest in or completed specialization title in geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork ability
- High social competencies, independent and efficient working style, and high resilience
- Enjoyment in multiprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Identification with our corporate values: courage, commitment, and trust
- Very good leadership skills (CAS Leadership)
