• You independently handle payroll and financial accounting
• You prepare withholding tax, social security, and VAT statements
• You assist in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• You prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• You support the mandate managers in administrative matters
• You take on various deputy tasks within the team
• You take responsibility for the trainees
• You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ in trust services, are in training for the specialist certificate in trust services, or have already obtained it
• You bring at least 2 years of practical experience in the trust sector
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn as well as an independent, precise, structured, and reliable working style
• Contact with people is important to you, you are sociable and a team player
• You demonstrate a high level of service orientation, flexibility, and noticeable commitment
• Knowledge of Dr. Tax and Abacus is an advantage, as well as an affinity for digital working methods is required
• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken
