Your responsibilities and main tasks
As an Online Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the best positioning of peoplefone. You help define and implement our national marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue growth. The following core tasks are part of your daily routine:
• Market and competitor analyses to create online marketing strategies
• Development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition.
• Optimization of the website as well as channels such as SEO, SEA, social media, and mailings, and analysis of web data for success control
• Close collaboration with the sales team and the group marketing team to introduce new products and services in Switzerland and to push existing products
• Co-decide and implement marketing and sales strategy
Your profile
• Solid professional experience in the telecommunications/IT markets and B2B
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing in an SME environment
• Strategic and practical mindset with strong implementation skills
• Entrepreneurial instinct with the ability to combine operational drive and strategic vision
• Fluent in German and English, ideally also in French
