Your Tasks
Are you ready to actively shape the future? We are looking for a committed activation specialist HF for the Culture and Everyday Life department. Your tasks include:
- Recording the resources and needs of the residents
- Planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of group and individual offers as well as the daily design of the 48 clients in comprehensive care and the clients of the 69 apartments plus
- Coordination of volunteer staff
- Participation in the further development of the activation concept
- Involvement in the planning, organization, and execution of events
Your Profile
- Certified activation specialist HF or equivalent training
- Good German skills, spoken and written, as well as good IT skills
- Empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with good communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and humor
- Independence and sense of responsibility
