In this role, you actively shape our E-Commerce platform esa.ch and make a significant contribution to the further development of our digital sales. You combine conceptual thinking with a pragmatic and implementation-strong working style and work closely with internal departments.
Your tasks:
- Together with a team colleague, you are responsible for the further development of our E-Commerce platform (esa.ch) and actively contribute to increasing performance, usability, and sales
- You plan, control, and evaluate online marketing measures along the customer journey and develop them further based on data
- You continuously analyze, optimize, and automate existing digital processes (e.g., newsletter registration, eShop banner orders, and other e-commerce relevant workflows)
- You monitor relevant KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, sales development, user behavior), create meaningful reports, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You are responsible for the conception, introduction, and further development of marketing automation
- You continuously observe market and technology trends in the e-commerce environment and proactively bring in new ideas as well as best practices
- With your confident and beneficial appearance, you work closely with internal contacts from IT, marketing, sales, and other departments. Occasionally also with external partners
- You train and support our sales team on functions, advantages, and content of our e-commerce platform, thus promoting internal use and acceptance
