tasks

• you independently manage an interesting portfolio of properties, consisting of residential and commercial buildings
• you are responsible for handling initial and re-lettings and conduct inspections and handovers
• preparing service charge statements is also part of your varied responsibilities
• in addition, you conduct rental contract negotiations and adjustments and are the first point of contact for tenants, owners and external stakeholders
• if suitable and interested, tasks in property accounting can also be taken on (optional)
• the workload can, depending on preference, range between 40 and 80%

requirements

• you have solid practical experience in property management
• further training as a property manager FA is an advantage but not a requirement
• however, it is important that you live in the Volketswil - Uster - Pfäffikon area
