property manager, 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you will manage an assigned portfolio consisting of rental properties and condominium ownership
• you are responsible for the technical and commercial management of the properties and also conduct condominium owners' meetings
• the care of prospective tenants is part of your demanding area of responsibility, as is maintaining contact with owners, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• furthermore, you will be involved in the mediation / initial letting of properties and contribute to strategic and conceptual matters
• the workload can be 50 or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in property management
• further training as a certified property manager, or on the way to it, is desirable
• do you consider yourself proactive, communicative and well organised?
