Attention gastronomy lovers! We are looking for an F&B Manager who will take over the management, purchasing, assortment design, and marketing for our nearly 35 coffee bars in Switzerland. Do you have experience in the (system) gastronomy sector, have worked in product management or purchasing in a gastronomy company or fresh service? Wallisellen - Start from December (limited for 7 months)

Your tasks? You will like this:

• You ensure that guests in our coffee bars always find a varied and appealing range of drinks and snacks
• You are responsible for purchasing coffee bar items as well as the continuous maintenance and updating of the drinks & snack portfolio
• You develop recipes for drinks and snacks in collaboration with the Food Team Hamburg
• You take care of efficient supplier management and conduct annual talks and negotiations with suppliers
• You work together with the marketing team on the communication and marketing of our coffee bars
• You keep an eye on the performance of the coffee bar and its contribution to the company’s success

Your profile? You surprise us with:

• Your commercial training and further education in gastronomy
• Your 2-3 years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector or product management or in purchasing of a gastronomy company or fresh service
• Your pronounced understanding of processes and workflows
• Your affinity for coffee and food
